RETURN POLICY

Walk-in/Pick-up returns will not be accepted. Some exceptions may apply. Contact your sales rep prior to returning any items. 

All returns must be within 90 days of purchase and a copy of the original invoice must be provided. 

Provide the following information when contacting your sales rep: 

  • Original Invoice Number 
  • Part Number and Quantity 
  • Condition 
  • Reason for return 

Terms and Conditions 

  • Cash sales must provide the original receipt 
  • A restocking fee may apply to all returns and can vary based on the items returned. 
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of request. 
  • All items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Approval to return an item does not mean the item is accepted for credit.
  • Credits may take up to 2 statements to be applied. 

Items Ineligible for Return 

  • Generators 
  • Wire cuts 
  • Clearance items 

Defective Items 

  • Full details regarding the defect must be provided. 
  • All warranty claims are based on our supplier’s policies.
